Turui Ito Sanctualy
We feed from November to March when the amount of crane’s feed is low. In addition, the Nature Center operated by the Wild Bird Society of Japan is adjacent, and a ranger is stationed as a base for preserving cranes and its habitat and is engaged in various activities.
Turui Horse trekking farm
Horses are grazed day and night throughout the year and Trekking around the wilderness on a horseback ride is popular in full of greenery in Kushiro Marsh National Park.
You can also experience horseback riding in the vast ranch.
You can watch a flock of red-crowned cranes in this feeding place.
They feed twice a day, 8 in the morning and 14:30 in the afternoon during November to March.
International Crane center GRUS
It is the only facility in Japan for the purpose of researching, disseminating information, and protecting Japanese cranes.
You can observe Japanese cranes that are bred outdoors in a state close to nature all year round.
Artificial feeding is being carried out at the adjacent Red-crowned Crane Observation Center,
